We are conducting maintenance on SG-NODE to address persistent restart issues.

The maintenance on SG-NODE has been completed. The data center team confirmed there are no hardware or firmware issues. Now that we know it’s not a hardware problem, we will review the server configurations to identify any potential issues. The BIOS settings have already been reset to default as part of the troubleshooting process. This will not require any further maintenance or downtime.

Extended Maintenance on SG-NODE

We have completed all diagnostics on SG-NODE, and everything appears to be functioning correctly on our end. However, due to the recurring nature of the issue, we have escalated the matter to the Datacenter team for further investigation.
The Datacenter team is reviewing the situation and will provide an update later today.
We will continue monitoring the server closely and share any new developments as soon as they arise. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
